Self care reminder

1. Ask yourself often: “How are you?” and act on the answer.

2. Pour yourself some tea, put on warm socks, wrap yourself in a blanket and turn on comedy - simple acts of caring that yield abundant results.

3. Don't forget to take yourself to the doctor. At least to the dentist. At least once a year.

4. A massage, restorative procedures or a day of “doing nothing” are good, but it’s even better if you don’t load yourself up so much that you need recovery.

5. When you can’t resist the blaming, shaming or frightening inner voice, just breathe. Feel the body and acknowledge that this is the case for now. And no one knows what will happen next.‌‌
